SEK International School Alborán promotes exchange programmes among students

SEK International School Alborán organises a broad programme of exchanges from its Modern Languages Department aimed at Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate students.

Schools from France, Germany, United States, Italy and the UK are some of the destinations in which hundreds of SEK students are welcomed every year and from which, in turn, we welcome students. Students are afforded many benefits, in addition to language and cultural immersion and strengthening of character. The students acquire leadership skills that will serve them throughout their life, practice a new language while they explore another culture and a new social environment, forge lasting friendships and eventually become citizens of the world.

Catmose College in Oakham, EnglandWilhelm Raabe Schule in Hannover, Germany, Scuola 29 de Novembre in La Spezia, Italy, Center Scolaire Saint-Marc in Lyon, France are some of the schools that SEK-Alborán is twinned with. For two weeks, the first one abroad and the second week in Almeria, the students enjoy wide cultural and educational programmes. Visits to places of interest, sports, attending class with other classmates and in another language, flights, different meals, monuments and walking through different cities, towns and forests are some of the activities that students enjoy.
