Salud Dumont Barcala, a student at SEK International School Alborán who is currently studying Baccalaureate, has been awarded the Citi Women Leadership Award, with the prize in the XVI National Competition for mini-companies, senior category.
The Citi Women Leadership Award program is developed, together with the Citi company, with the aim of giving visibility to young women and strengthening their leadership skills.
High school students thus become protagonists of their project and collaborate in the different phases of the project throughout the academic year. They participate in a space for growth and development of skills such as teamwork, decision-making, communication and self-confidence. An educational experience in which the participants have had the opportunity to interact with other young people sharing concerns and motivations.
